The Parliamentary Finance Committee announced important details about the federal budget for 2019.

"The budget also dealt with other social issues, including the social protection network, health and education by carrying out important transfers and also worked to reduce and pressure spending and stop any new external borrowing," noting that "this budget is characteristic of the rest of the budgets is the cessation of external borrowing."

"
