Deputy demands parliament not to receive the draft budget law

MP Muthanna Abdul Samad Samarrai, on Wednesday, the House of Representatives not to receive the budget bill for the year 2019 from the outgoing government, while called for postponement until the formation of a new government.

Samarrai said in a press statement that "to allow the outgoing government to prepare a draft budget law and send it to the House of Representatives may open the door to include projects in accordance with the wishes of parties influential parties away from the national interest through some of the executives associated with those parties.

Al-Samarrai called on the House of Representatives to "wait for the formation of the new government so that its ministers will be given the opportunity to prepare the draft budget to be directly responsible to the people and their deputies, so as not to invoke one of them that the budget prepared before receiving the ministry to evade responsibility.

The draft draft law of Iraq's budget for the next year 2019 revealed that the estimated revenues were calculated from the export of crude oil on the basis of the rate of $ 56 per barrel and an export rate of 3 million and 880 thousand barrels per day, including 250 thousand barrels per day of the quantities of crude oil produced in the provinces of the province Kurdistan on the basis of exchange 1182 dinars per dollar.
