GCC foreign ministers start meeting in Kuwait

KUWAIT (Reuters) - Foreign ministers of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries began a meeting on Monday to prepare for the 38th session of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Supreme Council scheduled for Tuesday.

"The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) is a permanent project in which the will of the members will meet to build a single, strong Gulf citizenship in its principles of preserving its independence, developed in its enlightened development," said Sheikh Sabah Al-Sabah, First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kuwait.

Change is in line with the path of global moderation and generous in its human and human gifts. " Sheikh Sabah stressed the importance of the Gulf meetings to continue cooperation and joint action to serve the interests of the Gulf people and to meet the challenges that threaten the security and stability of the region, stressing the need for cooperation as a collective Gulf arm to deal with tomorrow's issues.

During the speech, Sheikh Sabah welcomed the GCC foreign ministers and visiting delegations.
The Gulf Arab foreign ministers meeting will be held in preparation for the 38th session of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Supreme Council scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday.
