Latest on Iraq Loan with the IMF

Here is the link to the IMF table that shows Iraq has indeed taken some of the money from the loan. I hope I am reading this right. IMO this is good news.

Yes, to me it looks like they have taken 297 million? Is that what it looks like to you?

The withdrawal is $297 million SDR's which at an average exchange rate of 1 SDR = $1.53 USD is equivalent to $454+ million USD.

So the first actual advance under the Feb 24 loan agreement did not happen till the week of March 4.
