Scheduled to begin the Iraqi government moves round with the new Turkey, Kuwait and Russia to persuade them to support Iraq with regard to accession to the WTO.

The chancellor said the Iraqi government, Ahmed Hehani The government is preparing for a round of talks with Kuwait, Turkey and Russia to persuade them to join the WTO, noting that 2011 will see the new moves to Iraq to support a project to joining the World Trade Organization, which impeded by only three countries, namely Kuwait, Russia and Turkey.

yep, that's a good move. I can understand why Kuwait is dragging their feet, but I don't understand why Russia and Turkey are.
