pepper i sure do like you....that is why i hate to burst this bubble lol.....it has nothing to do with the rv.....cbi does not have the specialized machines to destroy tattered and worn out dinar....so they have to contract out to those who have them....they then destroy the old currency and then give new dinar to those who turned it in....

Ty Med, I remember they did a tender a year or so ago on the currency cancelling machines.I agree that they probably don't have enough or not enough of the proper type.I will blow myself another bubble.hehe!!!Thanks again Med.

Central bank of Iraq invites all bureaus and specialized professional companies to participate in the above tender to supply machines for currency cancellation, according to the conditions and specifications that can be obtained from the General Contracts Division, within twenty eight days from the date of publishing this announcement
